PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR CURRENTLY HIRING

Our front-desk and admin team members are responsible for being the warm, welcoming voice and presence that demonstrates and embodies the friendliness and helpfulness of our entire team.

This person should have a genuinely cheerful and friendly attitude with a love for working with and helping others; a warm, welcoming voice and smile are a must! Successful candidates will possess the utmost ability to maintain professional communication at all times and should be comfortable “sitting on stage” as the majority of your time will be at the front desk both in front of patients and within earshot of patients. Candidates who are motivated to take initiative, who are helpful and have a problem-solving nature, who are adaptable and learn quickly excel in this role. Being fluid with computer use such as software proficient, understanding of computer filing systems, saving and exporting images and documents with the ability to learn quickly is essential to performing your daily duties. You must be comfortable on the phone and able to convey warm friendly attitude while multitasking with computer systems, conversation, phones and listening and answering questions. Being able to multi-task (phones, patients, scheduling, paperwork, questions, other maintenance around the office) while maintaining the utmost attention to detail is also essential to this position.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT
CURRENTLY HIRING

Our clinical assistants work directly with patients of all ages in our clinic assisting the doctor.

The position requires working one-on-one with a patient and directly in the mouth. Successful candidates will be comfortable working directly with the doctor, patient and patient’s family. The right candidate will possess the ability to communicate technical orthodontic information in a manner that is understandable by someone without orthodontic knowledge to convey treatment and instructions with patients and parents. Successful candidates also possess the ability to follow a schedule while staying on time, to think ahead and make decisions, for accuracy in performing procedures as well as accuracy of communication and chart notation. Having good dexterity, being stable with your hands and being a fast-learner are all essential parts of being successful in this role.

TREATMENT
COORDINATOR CURRENTLY NOT HIRING

Our treatment coordinator work daily with the doctor and with patients.

This person runs exams with patients collecting digital records (photos and x-rays) and building a relationship with patients and parents. To be successful in this role you must absolutely be exceptional with people: personable, patient, good with kids of all ages and skilled communicating with adults. You need to have to have the ability to multitask while actively listening. You should be a fast learner, be able to process info quickly and adapt to change efficiently. You must be comfortable having financial conversations and posses the ability to process financial paperwork with accuracy. Previous experience with relationship-based sales, matching a product to a need, is desired. This position requires that you stay on a schedule so it is pertinent that you are able to stay organized, plan your time and stay on task. You should be proficient with computers, a fast and accurate typer and comfortable learning new software systems. The majority of this position is patient-facing but there is also a portion that involves phone and e-mail communication with other offices, doctors and patients and a successful candidate will be comfortable with these types of communication and be able to maintain appropriate and professional communication for the audience.
